1. RF module

Setting to work and tests of accelerating structures at 3 GHz resonant frequency and up to 3 MW of microwave power. Measurements of dose rate and energy (1-12 MeV of electron beams or 1-15 MV of photon beams). Pulse triggering µs long with repetition up to 1 kHz. Maximum overall dimensions of accelerating structures φ350 x 2000 mm (diameter x length), maximum weight 150 kg. Measurements are performed with certified dosimeters..

2. Egun module

Inspection of emission current as function of distance from cathode (Eguns both diode and triode type). Possible operation triode electron guns with 2A current and -15 kV voltage and diode electron guns with 30 A current and -35 kV voltage. Pulse triggering µs long with repetition up to 0,5 kHz.

3. Endoscope

Visual inspections of welding or brazing connections which are not easily accessible, minimum passable holes of 6mm diameters. Inspections available in neutral environments only, free of: greases, dusts, chemicals, radiation, electricity and heat sources (over 40 ⁰C). Available photos and film recordings in neutral colour or grayscale.

4. Laser engraver

Operating area 150×150 mm, maximum height of engraving parts 170 mm, processable materials: metals.

5. Laser engraving plotter

Operating area 400×600 mm, maximum height of engraving parts 10 mm, processable materials: plastic, wood.

6. Vacuum bakeout equipment

Bakeouts of closed vacuum systems up to 300 ⁰C with convection method. Maximum overall dimensions of the system are φ700 x 2200 mm (diameter x length), maximum weight 250 kg.
